In this Dialog, we explored some of the possible directions the pandemic could take us from here and what needs to happen to get us on the right track in East and Southern Africa. We were joined by Dr. Otim Patrick Cossy Ramadan of WHO about the four possible routes for the pandemic, with room for some cautious optimism. We also learned about Africa Check, a fact checking service that journalists can use to sort truth from fiction in their reporting on the virus, with Africa Check’s Naledi Mashishi.
